Lobster Roll Recipe

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 lb fresh Maine lobster meat, cooked, chilled, and cut into bit sized pieces
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper (optional)
  • ┬╝ cup melted butter
  • 4 brioche, side cut, New England style hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup melted butter


  1. In a large bowl, lightly mix lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper.
  2. Brush cut sides of rolls with butter; toast on a flat grill until golden brown.
  3. Fill rolls with lobster mixture.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite potato chips.
