Lobster Roll Recipe
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Maine lobster meat, cooked, chilled, and cut into bit sized pieces
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper (optional)
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 4 brioche, side cut, New England style hot dog buns
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, lightly mix lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Brush cut sides of rolls with butter; toast on a flat grill until golden brown.
- Fill rolls with lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately with your favorite potato chips.
